IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper.  IMMEDIATE START!

Fast growing company, located in Miami Beach is seeing an energetic, competent Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper with public company experience.

• The individual will be responsible for handling the financial operations of the company and assist in the coordination of all reporting and SEC filings.  
• The ideal candidate should be detail oriented and maintain accurate and organized records/reports.
• Candidate will be responsible for all payroll duties, including accurate and timely payment of commissions.
• Identify, research and reconciles any discrepancies.
• Juggle multiple tasks and successful in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned, such as preparing reports for business owner.

Five (5) to seven (7) years experience working as an Accountant/Bookkeeper.

• Accounting degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years experience with PCYOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
• QuickBooks experience, a must
• AP and AR.
• Reconciliation of accounts (bank and credit card accounts).
• Must have solid computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office products.
• Retail experience, a plus
• Good verbal skills.
