Seeking a Receptionist-Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients upon their arrival at the company.
Additional duties include assisting the managers with supplies, organizing and managing files, updating facility agreements, and supporting the Human Resources Department with onboarding, documentation, travel arrangements, meetings, and special projects.
• Two to three (2-3) years experience in a receptionist or similar position.
• Training and certifications in administrative support or project management are beneficial.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons in the floral industry.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred.
