Immediate opening for a Receptionist:
- Answer incoming calls on main switchboard.
- All phone messages must be attended to daily.
- Greet patients and provide patient intake forms.
- Collect patient intake forms and review and prepare for Medical Assistant within a timely manner.
- Monitor daily emails and route accordingly.
- Confirm daily appointments 48 hours in advance.
- Check for referrals and collect financial responsibility from patients.
- Verify with the patient the insurance and update all pertinent information as needed.
