Job Description

We are currently interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Property Manager to join an incredibly talented team! This opportunity is at a luxury, new high-end lease up in the Coral Springs area. This community requires an experienced leader who loves new construction, lease ups and marketing! We seek candidates with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the highest level of customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Train, empower, and motivate the office and maintenance team through team building activities, 1 on 1 meetings, continuous support, and training
  • Responsible for office operations, communicating policies and procedures, ensuring quality curb appeal, and community cleanliness
  • Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all maintenance related activities and initiatives are in alignment with property goals
  • Ensures property financial performance and a great resident experience
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information about the property performance, and responding to Regional Managers regarding owner requests as needed
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family industry
  • High-Rise or Mid-Rise experience with elevator certification, generator, fire panels, and building equipment knowledge
  • Superb marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to read, interpret, and update financial reports and statements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills providing for effective verbal and written communication with residents, team members, peers, vendors, owners, etc.
  • Ability to de-escalate and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively delegate and manage a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ResMan experience is preferred
