The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, packing, and shipping parts to customers according to assigned work orders. This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts and materials.
• Pick, pack, and ship parts according to customer orders and internal requests.
• Print and process shipping labels using UPS systems.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (training/certification preferred).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure proper organization and labeling of warehouse locations.
• Monitor and control warehouse supplies such as boxes, tape, and packing materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use computer systems at a basic user level for inventory, orders, and shipping.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows, inventory or shipping systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, reliable, and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move packages as required by the role.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during the work shift.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
