This is a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive & Outside Sales Person.

The goal of the position is to secure and grow profitable sales, through responsive efficient service and building relationships with customers and vendors. Not just a transactional person, rather a "Client for Life" Builder.
1. Works with customers to offer solutions to address their needs and improve customer service.
2. Resolves customer questions related to orders, deliveries, and others.
4. Effectively user available technology (i.e., ERP system, email, messaging) to ensure efficient execution of duties and timely completion of tasks.
5. Researches, and responds to customers’ inquiries, via telephone or email.
6. Provides quotations, product specifications, and similar data, as required.
7. Has intimate knowledge of product lines, prices, lead times, and similar data.
8. Secures opportunities to quote on customers’ requirements and follows up on quotations submitted.
9. Works in a team environment with outside sales and counter sales personnel.
10. Monitors sales results and offers recommendations to increase productivity.
11. Provides feedback concerning customer-related matters, market challenges, and opportunities.
12. Complies and assures compliance with sales policies, and practices. Strictly follows Safety Rules and Guidelines
13. Identifies and presents training needs to Management.
14. Demonstrates effective presentation skills to influence and communicate with customers.
15. Maintains working knowledge of key products, sales policies, and practices, approvals, and promotional activities.
16. Communication skills in English and Spanish
Position operates in a professional office environment. Involves sitting and answering the telephone. Role requires proficiency with computer systems, copy machines, and phones.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS
1. Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and listening skills.
2. Self-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
3. Strong communication skills in addition to excellent interpersonal sales skills.
4. High School diploma/GED or College Preferred.
5. Knowledge of Plumbing, PVF, and/or Utility markets.
6. 2+ years Inside of sales experience with strong closing skills.
7. Ability to work independently and goal oriented.
8. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages.
9. Computer literate, Epicor Eclipse experience (a plus).
10. Learns and demonstrates an ability to organize electronic and paper-based information
