We have an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager. This is a hybrid remote position.

Our client is a growing Florida-based property management company, overseeing more than 1,000 multifamily units. We specialize in multifamily and HOA management, with a strong focus on operational excellence, transparency, and maximizing owner returns. As we expand across Florida, we are seeking a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our portfolio by securing new management contracts and expanding our presence in the multifamily and HOA sectors.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying and winning new property opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong network in Florida's real estate community and proven experience in originating and closing deals with property owners, investors, developers, and asset managers. This is a results-driven role for someone with 5–7 years of experience who can confidently develop leads, close deals, and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily and HOA property management opportunities across Florida.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, asset managers, developers, and real estate professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and management agreements for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to align growth strategies with company objectives.
  • Track leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics using CRM systems.
  • Represent Property Management company at industry conferences, networking events, and community meetings.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within property management, multifamily, or real estate.
  • Strong existing network of property owners, investors, asset managers, and real estate brokers in Florida.
  • Proven track record of closing new management contracts or large-scale real estate service deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the Florida multifamily and HOA market preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
