Monday - Friday (but may be asked to work overtime and Saturday's)
8:30 AM - 5:00PM (flex hours available)
The Inside Sales Executive will be the liaison between clients, carrier, shippers and receivers to make sure goods reach customers on time.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Must be familiar with Salesforce software
Experience in distribution or packaging a plus.
Marketing experience to obtain leads to share with Outside Sales Group.
Additional responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of existing customers.
Acquiring new customers and accounts by cold calling and prospecting. Once acquired, ability to manage those accounts and maintain.
Service and grow relationships with existing client base.
Develop new business through cold calls.
Identify client needs and develop persuasive proposals.
Develop and maintain sales pipeline reports and territory industry plans.
Achieve revenue target by increasing revenue spending per account; meet and exceed established sales targets.
Negotiate rates based on budget; collect payments and control receivables.
Maintain client communication; ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated throughout the organization to ensure expectations are met.
Assist the Inside Sales Manager in setting appointments and preparing for sales calls.
May assist with customer training and attend trade shows/special events.

$16-$18 – Depending on experience
