This position is for a bilingual person with great customer skills and experience working with international clients.  

• Speaks clearly as the face of the company is friendly with clear communication skills.
• Handle information on product availability and shipment times.
• Follow up via email or phone to ensure that the customer is always aware of the status of their orders.
• This position can lead to an outside sales opportunity after the candidate has learned about the clients and their needs.
• Provide proper instructions to the warehouse for receiving and shipping products.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory levels, pricing, and product information
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bilingual preferred Spanish/English.
• Two (2)+ years of previous experience in customer service inside sales positions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
• Above average customer service and communication skills are both written and verbal.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Systems and SAP.
