We have an immediate opening for an HR Assistant/Coordinator in the Miami, FL area.
Candidates need to be efficient, highly motivated and organized.
Job responsibilities include reviewing time-sheets, ensure proper deductions and allocations are added to system, prepare bi-weekly payroll and reports, reconcile insurance invoices, be able to communicate effectively with employees on payroll matters such as time-clock, pay information, accessing pay statements, etc.
Post job advertisements, pre-screen and interview candidates for available positions within the company, process new hire paperwork, manage and update personnel files accordingly, maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource file, records and documentation, respond to inquiries from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
