We have an immediate opening for a Field Service Manager.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the manufactured products.
- Provide technical and commercial training to distributors and technicians.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting over the phone in order to assist technicians to fix our products on the field in a more efficient way.
- Traveling for visiting installations, major issues and distributors.
- Provide feedback to our factories regarding product failures and suggestions for modifications and improvements in performance, reliability and serviceability of products.
- Maintain active communication with our factories as well as with technicians regarding updates and modifications on the products.
- Update and improve service documentation and manuals for training and better technical support purposes.
- On-site repairs with technician, if needed.
- Warranty service and parts claims. Update reports and indicators.
- Locate Distributors in designated territories.
- Increase sales, develop relationships and maximize opportunities in the assigned territories.
- Identify and communicate new business opportunities in the market. OPL, Coin-up and Route business.
- Participate in trade shows and sales seminars.
- Participate in the company to establish annual goals and marketing strategies.
