IMMEDIATE OPENING for a skilled and experienced Dentist to join our office.  We are specifically looking for a candidate with expertise in treatment planning, knowledge of insurance coding, and who has the potential to become an equity partner in our practice.

As a Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Treatment Planning: Utilize your expertise in treatment planning to assess patient needs, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
  2. Dental Procedures: Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges, with precision and care.
  3. Insurance Coding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of dental insurance coding practices and guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely coding of procedures to optimize reimbursement and minimize claim denials.
  4. Patient Education: Effectively communicate treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance practices to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the dental team, including dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care, efficient office operations, and a positive work environment.
  6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to the highest standards of dental care, following established protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
  7. Patient Satisfaction: Provide excellent patient care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dental experiences. Strive to build long-lasting relationships with patients based on trust and mutual respect.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Valid dental license in the State of Florida and in good standing.

- Proven experience as a Dentist

- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning methodologies, and dental insurance coding systems.

- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.

- Proficiency in using dental software applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team.

- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in treatment documentation, coding, and patient records.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to practice growth.

- Willingness to invest time, effort, and expertise into the practice with the potential to become an equity partner.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Schedule:

Monday & Tuesday:  11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday - Friday:  9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Third Saturday of each month:  9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
