Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative in our Sales Department.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Attain company product knowledge to assist with all client inquiries.
  • Processing orders and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Fluent English and Spanish (read/write)
  • Detailed and organized.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Show strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers
