Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations of the Customer Service Department.

 

Proactively review and validate deployment project plans identifying risks, issues, and gaps that could impact projected time-lines and goals.

 

Maintain a healthy and friendly relationship between customer service agents and the organization.

 

 

Job Requirements

Create a reliable customer loyalty program

Set customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals.

Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints promptly.

Maintain relationships with profitable customers.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports and surveys.

Ensure that orders are accurately packed according to finished product company specifications.

Supervise the day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

Respond to customer service issues promptly.

Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings.

Hire and train new customer service representatives.

Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

Maintain informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.

Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Various reports are needed to support the business.
