• Purchases and obtains prices for all company needs from approved vendors.
• Addresses any requests from other departments and performs follow-up on a timely basis.
• Maintains an open channel of communication with internal customers provides status of all open issues.
• Maintains and expands on the working relationship with assigned OEM vendors.
• Receives and enters confirmations on all placed orders and follows up on unconfirmed orders.
• Processes and follows up on all repair sub-components.
• Ensure processing of RMA’s in a proper and timely manner.
• Utilizes Excel spreadsheets as needed to follow up on orders as needed
• Ensures application of quality requirements when procuringitemsfromnonOEM vendors, particularly all traceability requirements.

   

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, speak & understand English
• 1-3 years aviation or procurement experience preferred, but not required
• Experience working with ERP Quantum preferred, but not required
• Experience working in a fast pace environment, while multi-tasking
• Experienced in training, and has high level communication skills, willingness to pass on knowledge.  Must be adaptive and willing to engage new concepts, processes and ideas.
• Strong familiarization with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
